E-Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

The CBIS E-Delivery program is designed to make registration fast, simple, and reliable. If, however, you are experiencing difficulty registering for E-Delivery or logging into the CBIS web site, we want to help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible. What are the E-Delivery Program Requirements?
Enrollment in E-Delivery requires that you have a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000, Service Pack 4 or higher, as well as Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. In order to view Portable Document Format (PDF-formatted) documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat viewer software. To download a free version of Adobe Acrobat,

Who is eligible for E-Delivery?

Are the Participant Codes and Passwords case sensitive?
Yes, both are case sensitive.
