Catholic United Investment Trust (CUIT)
The Catholic United Investment Trust (CUIT) was founded in 1983 as a not-for-profit trust with an independent Board of Trustees. In 2012, it was re-organized as a Delaware statutory trust and merged with the Religious Communities Trust. Investment in any CUIT Fund is restricted to Roman Catholic Organizations listed or eligible to be listed in the Kenedy Official Catholic Directory.

As part of our environmental stewardship policies, CBIS is no longer publishing CUIT Annual Reports and Semi-Annual Reports in hard-copy formats. If you would prefer to receive a printed copy through the mail, please contact us at 800-321-7194.

Please note that CBIS is currently not able to accept forms via e-mail. While the PDFs can be filled out electronically, they must be printed, signed and faxed or mailed to CBIS.       Use this form to establish a new account under your master account (i.e. Building Fund, or Retirement Fund).
    • IRS W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number

      Catholic institutions wishing to establish a relationship with CBIS must fill out and return the Investment Application, Certificate of Resolution and IRS W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number.  NOTE: All prospective participants must review the CUIT Offering Memorandum and also the Declaration of Trust documents found in the column on the left side of this page.

      If your organization requires the Certificate of Resolution - Dual Authorization (Two Signers), please contact your Portfolio Specialist.

    • Target Allocation Form

      Use this form to set-up or change Target Allocations without a rebalancing. Target Allocation changes can take up to 5 days to complete. If you have transactions to process per target allocations within the 5 days, notify BNYM Account Service at U.S. 1-800-321-7194 or International 508-871-9942 to advise that new targets have been sent in, in order to ensure transactions are completed with the correct allocation.

      Use this form to change account targets and rebalance; or to rebalance only.

      Use this form for check deposits, wire deposits to multiple funds, ACH deposits or to add, revise or cancel an Automatic Investment Plan.

      This form replaces the CUIT Automatic ACH Purchase Form, Check Deposit Form, and Wire Deposit Form.

      Effective May 2016, please use new Swift code for incoming International wires: IRVTUS3N

      Use this form when making deposits for all CUIT Funds.

    • One-Time Redemption Form

      Use this form to request a one-time redemption by check, ACH, domestic wire or international wire.

      This form replaces the Domestic Wire Transfer Form, International Wire Transfer Form, and Check Request Form.

      Effective June 1, 2016, all wire redemptions will require the address of the final destination account owner. This includes wires sent to domestic and international banks.

    • Systematic Withdrawal Plan

      Use this form to add, revise or cancel a repetitive check, ACH or domestic wire.

      This form replaces the CUIT Systematic ACH Redemption Request and the CUIT Systematic Redemption Request.

      Effective June 1, 2016, all wire redemptions will require the address of the final destination account owner. This includes wires sent to domestic and international banks.
