She brings 16 years of experience in socially responsible investing and corporate responsibility. She has a strong track record in both U.S. and international corporate engagement covering a range of sustainability issues, including climate change, responsible lending, and labor issues. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith her broad experience and success in improving corporate human rights and environmental performance, I believe Tracey can immediately help augment CBIS\u2019 efforts in active ownership,\u201d said Julie Tanner, Director of Catholic Responsible Investing. \u201cTracey has a history of building effective coalitions and working closely with faith-based and institutional investors to improve their shareholder engagement programs and to advance their strategic initiatives on a range of sustainability issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining CBIS, Tracey served as Director of Investor Programs at Ceres. In 2015, she co-published with BlackRock a national guide for large institutional investors on shareholder activism entitled, 21st Century Engagement: Investor Strategies for Incorporating ESG Considerations into Corporate Interactions. Tracey holds an M.A. in English Literature from Humboldt State University. <\/p>\n<p>Michael Nagy joined CBIS on May 24 as Director of Institutional Development and Consultant Relations. Michael is responsible for building and enhancing relationships with Catholic institutions and investment consultants with the ultimate goal of growing the firm. Michael has more than 10 years of experience in consultant relations and new business development.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are excited to welcome Michael to CBIS,\u201d said Bob Stelben, Head of Institutional Development &amp; Consultant Relations. \u201cWe are confident his experience and existing consultant relationships will be an asset to CBIS and our future growth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining CBIS, Michael was with Oak Ridge Investments, where he was responsible for direct sales and consultant relations.
