The revised Investment Objective language for the Fund, which is included in the revised <a href=\"\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/11\/Catholic-United-Investment-Trust-Offering-Memorandum_11-2017.pdf\">Offering Memorandum (effective November 1, 2017)<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>The Small Cap Index Fund&#8217;s investment objective is to replicate the price and yield performance of the S&amp;P SmallCap 600 Index, an index which emphasizes small-capitalization companies. The S&amp;P SmallCap 600 Index is designed to track the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market.
