Christian Brothers Names BNY Mellon Transfer Agent for CUIT Funds

March 28, 2014 Christian Brothers Investment Services (CBIS) is pleased to announce that the CUIT Funds has selected BNY Mellon to provide transfer agent and shareholder record keeping for the Funds. BNY Mellon has been a trusted partner for almost 25 years, providing fund accounting as well as custodial services to the CUIT Funds. The change will be effective June 16, 2014.

BNY Mellon is a global leader in investment services, currently providing U.S. fund accounting and administration services to 136 clients with $1.9 trillion in assets across more than 7,750 funds, and shareholder record keeping to over 150 million shareholder accounts. The depth and breadth of their service offerings and robust technology made them the ideal choice for the CUIT Funds.

Some of the service enhancements we look forward to providing you through BNY Mellon include:

  • Re-designed statements with more useful information about your accounts
  • Improved online access to your account information
  • ACH transactions to and from any CUIT Fund
  • Enhanced security measures to prevent fraud

There is nothing CBIS participants need to do to prepare for the transfer agent transition to BNY Mellon. We will provide you with more details, such as the new mailing address and wire instructions, as we get closer to the transition date, but rest assured there will be no change in the way you interact with your CBIS Investment Advisor or the way in which you receive investment advice.
