Jean-Baptiste Douville de Franssu joined the CBIS Board of Directors in 2026. He brings more than three decades of leadership in global financial services, with expertise in governance, regulatory affairs, risk and technology. He served as non-executive chairman of the Istituto per le Opere di Religione (the Vatican Bank) from 2014 to 2026 and previously led Invesco’s European expansion and served as president of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA).
