BP London Meeting: 98% favorable vote for BP resolution – highest for a CBIS’ co-filing

With near-unanimous agreement, the 16 April vote in favor of the BP climate resolution, co-filed by CBIS, featured broad institutional and Board support. BP shareholders were virtually united – 98%, the highest ever for a CBIS co-filed resolution – in their belief that substantive climate information be a focus for corporations globally.
