The proposal, filed by a coalition of two dozen faith-based and socially responsible investors led by CBIS, urged ExxonMobil to issue an audited report assessing the impact of the International Energy Agency’s Net Zero 2050 Scenario (IEA NZE) on the assumptions, costs, estimates, and valuations underlying its financial statements…

GUIDELINES” just approved by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB).

Julie Tanner, Managing Director, Catholic Responsible Investments, and Chela Mitchell, Managing Director – Investor & Consultant, will host a panel session on Wednesday, October 27 at 9:15 am ET at the Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI) National Virtual Conference focusing on child sexual exploitation online.

Session description:
Children are spending more time online, often with less parental supervision. Internet predators are escalating their activity to take advantage of that dynamic. This workshop will explore the critical role investors can play to help keep kids safe online, by engaging with technology and telecommunication providers. Participants will come away with tactics and strategies to hold these companies accountable for eliminating child exploitation from their platforms and products, as Pope Francis urges us to do.
