Catholic Money Manager Announces Strategic Team Investment

CBIS Welcomes New Hires on their Global and Catholic Responsible Investments Teams

Chicago — July 8, 2025 — Christian Brothers Investment Services, Inc. (CBIS), an investment management firm for Catholic investors around the world, announces the addition of three individuals to its team: Kristin Finney-Cooke, CAIA, as Managing Director – Portfolio Manager, Keith Dokho as Director – Catholic Responsible Investments (CRI), and Federico Addari as Director – Relationship Manager.

These strategic appointments, as well as the recruitment of a Europe-based portfolio manager, underscore the firm’s mission to serve Catholic investors who are looking to transform the world.

“These new hires and our launch of a global multi-asset solution later this year reflect our investment in global growth,” said Jeffrey McCroy, CBIS President and CEO.

Kristin Finney-Cooke brings over two decades of experience advising institutional investors across multi-asset and private market strategies. Most recently, she served as Managing Director at JPMorgan Asset Management, where she developed tailored investment solutions for large asset pools in the corporate, health care, endowment, and foundation sectors.

Finney-Cooke’s career includes senior consulting roles at NEPC and Mercer, board service with multiple organizations, and industry recognition such as the 2024 NASP Trailblazing Women in Finance award. Her extensive experience in governance, asset allocation, and manager research positions her as a valuable addition to the firm.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kristin to our team. She brings with her a remarkable track record of leadership, innovation, and investment expertise across both public and private markets. Her deep understanding of client needs and strategic insight will be a tremendous asset to our firm,” said McCroy.

Keith Dokho brings more than 20 years of global leadership in social impact, corporate partnerships, and ESG strategy. Prior to joining CBIS, Dokho led the Private Sector Engagement Secretariat for USAID, overseeing a $1.7 billion partnership portfolio across 33 countries.

Dokho’s prior roles with World Vision, DAI, and Northern Trust demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and impactful investment practices. His leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s active engagement strategy.

Federico Addari brings international asset and wealth management experience, serving at leading institutions including Macquarie Asset Management, CACEIS Bank, BlackRock, and most recently, the the Istituto per le Opere di Religione (IOR) known as the Vatican Bank. His experience includes relationship management, institutional client servicing, and business development. Addari is based in the CBIS Rome office.

Addari holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from LIUC University, with a focus on banking and finance, and a Bachelor’s in International Economics from Sapienza University of Rome.

As the firm welcomes new talent, it is thinking intentionally about succession planning. John Geissinger and the executive team planned his retirement for more than five years. Announced in January, Geissinger retired as Co-Chief Investment Officer at the beginning of July after overseeing the CRI Team for over 10 years. His replacement, Tom Digenan, has been serving as Co-Chief Investment Officer since July 2024.

The firm looks forward to continued strategic, global growth with its talented team.
